Functional training on the product will be provided to the process owners who are from different regions. This will cover necessary functional training on the areas of modules procured by customers. We expect this training to be conducted for a period of 6 - 10 working days per class or batch with 12 - 15 participants that will include hands on sessions. The duration could vary depending on the modules that are being targeted for training. During this period, necessary handouts in the form of training materials would be given to the participants.
Technical Administrator Training
The target audiences for this training are people who are technical administrators and who have technology know-how of how the web based solutions work. The technical training will cover the necessary audits, security information, organization structure changes, workflow definition changes, managing scheduled batch processes (if any), and writing some ad-hoc reports to help the HR users. We expect this training to go for a period of 2 working days of 12 - 15 participants that will also include hands on sessions. During this period, necessary handouts in the form of training materials would also be given to the participants.
Train the trainer training
This type of training involves training the trainers on the functionality of the product who will in turn train the end users on how to go about using the system. This training will be a smaller version of the functionality training where in the training content will focus on the areas that end users will operate. This training will typically involve educating the participants on the type of common usage that end users will do like filling up appraisals or viewing pay slips and giving feedback for others in the system. We expect this training session for a period of 2 working days per class or batch that will also include hands on sessions. During this period, necessary handouts in the form of training materials would also be given to the participants.
End User Training Products
These are typically self-running demos that are targeted at the end users on how to go about using the system. This is apart from the normal training that the internal trainers would provide. These self-running demos will be provided to customers along with the delivery of the final production version product which can be uploaded on a knowledge repository for end users to use.
