Balaraman joined Adrenalin
eSystems after a long stint with Hindustan Lever Ltd (Unilever
India) as the Executive Director - Exports, and a member
of their Management Committee. He was the Managing Director
of Pond's (India) and was responsible for their strong
early growth as well as their subsequent integration with
Hindustan Lever Ltd. As Executive Director - Exports,
Balaraman streamlined and consolidated their export operations
to form a framework for sustainable and profitable growth. |

Chief Operating Officer, Adrenalin eSystems Ltd.
In over 17 years of working in the IT industry, Balaji has been involved in Product Design & Development, Implementation, Customer Support, Pre-Sales Support, as well as Strategic IT Planning across diverse industries. A professional accountant and a qualified CISA, during his career he has worked with Pond's India Limited, Unilever, SAP and Ramco Systems. Prior to joining Adrenalin eSystems, he was with Satyam Computers where he managed the delivery and support team for Microsoft, one of their strategic customers. In his current role he ensures higher toplines and bottomlines for Adrenalin.
