Successful implementation of any software is the first step to harnessing the full potential of the software. Keeping this in mind, we have initiated the ARM or the Adrenalin Roll-out Methodology as our universal implementation methodology for rolling out Adrenalin successfully.

The salient features of ARM are:

• ARM is initiated in a phased manner where each phase has an entry and exit criterion
• This provides unique deliverables, which act as valuable inputs for the subsequent phase
• ARM ensures effective tracking and monitoring of the overall process
• ARM helps individuals be “accountable” and “responsible” as per the RACI chart (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed)
• ARM allows flexibility in implementation
• ARM helps detect, resolve issues early and thereby ensures speedy implementation

Product will be installed & configured in 1 Stage and on 1 Live server only. Any additional installation [in web farming server, DR server, additional UAT/Stage servers] and configuration will be on chargeable basis only.
