A professional accountant and a qualified CISA, Balaji, in his brilliant career so far, has worked with Pond's, Unilever, SAP and Ramco Systems. Prior to joining Adrenalin, he was with Satyam Computers where he managed the delivery and support team for Microsoft, one of their strategic customers. Balaji's vision for Adrenalin is to achieve growth through operational excellence.

Frederick K. Stanislaus, Vice President - Product Delivery (Domino Platform). Frederick has over 15 years of IT experience on leading and managing product and project design, development and pre sales support. He has worked with Softview, Sundaram Information Systems, Analysts International/ IBM Global services, USA and Pinnacle Info Solutions, where he was in charge of the Ariba Enablement Practice and also played a vital role in having them certified at CMM Level -4. Frederick leads Adrenalin in product development on the Domino platform and Pre-Sales.

Pankaj Chopra, Head, APAC Region. Pankaj has been in IT industry since the start of his career in 1992 and has expertise in selling ERPs like BaaN and SAP. Pankaj has been with Adrenalin since 2003 and he heads the Channel Sales Business. Before joining us, he worked with organization like Vedika Software, Eastern Software Systems Limited, Solix Inc. & Hero group. He is a graduate from the Lucknow University and an MBA from AIMA.
