Krishna began his consulting career in 1990 in the United States, and over the years, was involved in strategy consulting in Andersen Consulting, the Mitchell Madison Group (McKinsey and Company) IBM Global Business Services and Accenture. Before joining Adrenalin, Krishna was Vice Chairman and Managing Partner with Accenture India. Prior to his India ascent, he was running the Health and Public Sector, P&L as a Managing Partner, Management Consulting and Growth and Strategy Practice for Asia Pacific.
Krishna moved to the APAC region in early 2000, and now has extremely deep insights of the Asian and Japanese Markets. In India, Krishna has designed and implemented numerous e-governance and mission mode procedures both at the central and state level that form the fabric of the nation. He was involved in designing and implementing the unique identification number project, Aadhar, and the billion dollar transformation of the Dept. of Posts.
Krishna has a Masters Degree in International Affairs and Public Policy from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy – Tufts University. He is an Alumnus with Kellogg – North Western University and has completed few programs with IMD and INSEAD Singapore.

Arun has served as Chairman of Tamil Nadu State Council, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) – Southern Region during 2003–2004 and Chairman of Indo-American Chamber of Commerce – Tamil Nadu Branch during 2001–2002. He was on the Board of Madras Stock Exchange Ltd. and Board of Xavier's Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, India. He is a member of the Advisory Council of the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) and a member of the Governing Council of the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India. He was the Chairman of recently concluded – CII BANKing TECH Summit 2014. He is now a member of the Managing Committee of MMA (Madras Management Association) and also the SEN (Social Engineering Network), and Ambassador at YPO (Young Presidents Organisation).
Arun is also a social engineer, who works towards creating a safer environment and a better community. Innovations such as the FT Grid envision high-end technology, accessible to the remotest corners of the country. Ullas, the signature social initiative, was begun 16 years ago, and has grown along with the organisation. This brainchild of Arun provides vital professional skills to adolescent children across the country. In 2013-14 alone, over one lakh children in rural areas have been touched by Ullas’ transformative sessions.

For over two decades, Balaji has been involved in Product Design & Development, Implementation, Customer Support, Pre-Sales Support, as well as Strategic IT planning across diverse industries. A professional accountant and a qualified CISA, Balaji, in his brilliant Careers so far, has worked with Pond's, Unilever, SAP and Ramco Systems.
Prior to joining Adrenalin, he was with Satyam Computers where he managed the delivery and support team for Microsoft, one of their strategic customers. Balaji's vision for Adrenalin is to achieve growth through operational excellence.
Mr. V. Balaraman is a B.Tech Chemical Engineer from the University of Madras and a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He was the MD and CEO of Pond's India ltd between 1991 and 1998 and was Director Exports in Hindustan Lever Ltd. between 1998 and 2002; He became MD and CEO of Adrenalin E systems ltd., a Polaris group company between 2002 and 2006.
Today, he is a non executive director on the Boards of M/s India Nippon Electricals ltd., Mahindra world city developers Ltd, Parry Enterprises India Ltd, Computer Age Management systems Ltd, and Adrenalin eSystemsLimited. He is also a Director of Computer Age Management Services Pvt. Ltd., Pond's Exports Ltd., and CAMS Repository Service Ltd.,
Outside the corporate world, Mr. V. Balaraman also served as the President of the Madras Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Madras Management Association, Indian Shoe Federation, Federation of Indian Export Organizations Southern Region and as Chairman of the Footwear Design and Development Institute.
Mr. V. Balaraman is passionate about Brand Marketing and Human Development and in pursuit of these interests, provides consultancy to companies besides coaching / mentoring business leaders. Frequently he is a speaker at Management seminars and business events in India and abroad.
Mr. V. Balaraman joined the Board of Polaris in April 2013.
Dr. Korwar is an Electrical Engineer from IIT Mumbai and a Doctorate in Management from the University of California, LA. Prior to joining Polaris & Adrenalin, his earlier assignments were with Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), in the US & later with IIM, Ahmedabad, as Professor of Management.
His Book 'Creating Markets Across the Globe', was selected as the Escorts-DMA best management book of the year, 1998.
Sridhar Ganesh is the Chairperson of the Management Development Centre of Loyola Institute of Business Administration at Chennai. He is a graduate in Physics, and holds a post graduate diploma in Management from IIM, Calcutta. He has over 40 years of experience in varied facets of human resource management, at both operational and strategic levels.
He started his career with Guest Keen Williams Limited in Kolkata and then had a stint with Metal Box prior to joining Berger Paints as head of personnel. He subsequently moved to Mumbai to join Cadbury India as their Director-HR and was a member of the board. In 2002, he was appointed HR Director for the Africa, India and the Middle-East region based in the UK.
He is an advisor at IIIBFT ( Indo - International Initiative for Billions of Fruit Trees). He is also a member of the Advisory Council of Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), the Academic Council at XISS, Bhubaneswar and the Expert panel of Coaching Foundation of India.
He retired in late 2013,as the Director - HR and Lead Director for the Diversified Businesses of the Murugappa Group and a member of the Murugappa Corporate Board, the highest strategy and policy making committee of the 4bn USD Conglomerate. Prior to joining the Group, he was the Director of Learning & Development, Cadbury Schweppes plc-Europe, Middle-East and Africa.
Apart from this he also serves as an Independent Director in the Boards of Limited, Adrenalin eSystems Limited (a subsidiary of Polaris, an IT major) and Equitas Housing Private Limited. His area of work and interest in recent times is on Executive Coaching and Leadership Development.
JaideepBilla is the Joint CEO - Consumer & Institutional Money Management. JaideepBilla has over 25 years of experience predominantly in the Financial Technology business. He has served in Polaris in various capacities including Chief Technology Officer as well as Strategic Advisor to CEO.
His previous stints include NCR, where he headed their system integration business in India and where he was recognized as 'Global great performer.
Early in his career he worked with TCS in their products division. Jaideep has a B.Tech degree from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
