Role: Senior Support Engineer
Experience: 4 Years

Skill Set:

  • Provide L1 and L2 support to our clients
  • Engage, Connect, Understand and Articulate responses and get closures done on tickets
  • Exhibit, Monitor and Drive the Team towards excellence in Support
  • May entail onsite travel
  • Good Written and Oral communication skills

Role: Implementation Consultant – ONSITE
Experience: 4 Years

Skill Set:

  • Experienced in Client Server / Web Application, preferably in HR and Payroll domains
  • Hands on Experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2005
  • Demonstrated skills in Project Implementation
  • Good communication skills
  • Pleasing personality
  • Exposure to either HR function or HR product & Payroll (preferable)

Job description:

  • Product Implementation Role
  • Onsite role to do complete implementation activities like Project Kick-off, Process mapping, Configuring, Piloting, Training, Rollout and support
  • would also involve Pre-sales demos & discussions

Role: Software Developer
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Qualification: Fulltime Graduation from good institutions

Skill Set:

  • Experienced in supporting Web Application, preferably in HR and Payroll domains
  • Hands on Experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2005

Job description:

  • Candidate ready to do customization and SQL development
  • Should have Development knowledge in .Net, C# and SQL and good functional knowledge
  • Research & Development - programming, code Issue solving would be his primary responsibility
  • Should possess good communication with aptitude & analytical skills
  • Should be a results oriented and good team player

Role: Software Tester
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Qualification: Fulltime Graduation from good institutions

Skill Set:

  • Experienced in testing Web Application, preferably in HR and Payroll domains
  • Expertise in writing Test scenarios & Test cases and contribute in KT sessions
  • Hands on Experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2005
  • Exposure to either HR function or HR product & Payroll (preferable)

Job description:

  • Should involve in manual testing, and functional testing
  • Understanding the requirements from SRS
  • Ready to write test cases, executing the test cases, exploratory testing
  • Should possess good communication with aptitude & analytical skills

Role: Support Engineer
Experience: 2 Years
