Implementation Consultant: 2 – 3 years experience
UG or PG in Computer Science discipline
Good Presentation / Communication skills
Ideal profile would be:
- Should have customer facing experience
- Should have done at least one full cycle implementation [more the experience more the senior level position can be offered]. This implementation experience should be with ERP product or HRMS, Payroll products ONLY
- Should have fair knowledge on product gap documentation, customization requirement documentation
- Should have end user training experience
- Having SQL Server and Dot Net technical knowledge is a plus
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Having any other product knowledge is a plus
- Having worked with distributed teams is a plus
- Having issues trouble shooting knowledge is a plus

Database Administrator: 3 to 4 years in Oracle ( 8i,9i,10g,11g) or SQLSERVER (2000,2005,2008)
The primary role of the Database Administrator is to administer, develop, maintain and implement the policies and procedures necessary to ensure the security and integrity of the corporate database. Sub roles within the Database Administrator classification may include security, architecture, warehousing and/or business analysis. Other primary roles will include:
- Implementation of data models
- Database design
- Database accessibility
- Performance issues
- Capacity issues
- Data replication
- Table Maintenance
Database Administrators are often on-call and required to work as needed. This position carries an enormous amount of responsibility
Responsibilities include:
- Data storage, data security, data management and backup are some of the main database administrator responsibilities that are needed to be performed
- Define the schema which contains the structure of the data in the application and determine what data needs to be present in the system and how this data has to be represented and organized
- Interact continuously with the users to understand the data in the system and its use
- Find the access restrictions to be defined and define security checks accordingly. Data Integrity checks would also be defined by the DBA
- Define procedures for backup and recovery. Defining backup procedures includes specifying what data is to backed up, the periodicity of taking backups and also the medium and storage place for the backup data
- Continuously monitor the performance of the queries and take measures to optimize all the queries in the application

- Primary experience in IT sales, software applications or software products.
- Marketing of ERP or like enterprise application systems – an added advantage
- Strong communication skills and confident of meeting CXO level persons in organizations

- Work experience in mid size companies.
- Ability to grasp systems, concepts and processes of customers by interacting with functional and technical heads.
- Ability to apply innovative and proven techniques for results in and around client intelligence,
prospecting and client meetings
- Understanding of a wide range of software applications.
- Experience in HR domain and educational background in IT is desired, though not essential
