Regional Managers : 10+ years experience
Senior Business Managers : 7+ years experience
Business Managers : 3+ years experience

Ideal profile would have:

- Primary experience in IT sales, software applications or software products.
- Marketing of ERP or like enterprise application systems – an added advantage
- Strong communication skills and confident of meeting CXO level persons in organizations
- Ambitious, dynamic, high energy and self-driven team worker
- Work experience in mid size companies.
- Ability to grasp systems, concepts and processes of customers by interacting with functional and technical    heads.
- Ability to apply innovative and proven techniques for results in and around client intelligence,
   prospecting and client  meetings
- Understanding of a wide range of software applications.
- Experience in HR domain and educational background in IT is desired, though not essential

Responsibilities include:

- Market development
- Relationship building with the customers
- Providing market feed back
- Team development
